2026-02-23 installer - master branch

- bump version to 2026v01

- define SCRIPT (used in help text)

- add rsync and sqlite3 as formal dependencies (support for a new
  version of the menu I'm working in)

- version_json() now takes account of the fact that it may be launched
  from `curl` piped to `bash` and passes `-C` to `git`.
