`mdbook-callouts` not working

hey @vivax3794 I can work on this... as this would be a good starting point to understand the repo and get myself familiar with the codebase... Actually I know Rust and all the traditional OS level stuffs so can handle most of the issues you've mentioned... So was thinking to start with this doc related issue first... If you would like I could reproduce the error, fix it and open a PR soon.

I have no clue why the callouts stopped working, but yeah if you wanna give it a crack go ahead.
honestly might be easier to just swap the callout plugin to say mdbook-alerts

As discovered in #88 the issue is with the dagger pipeline, as such this should likely be put on pause until we close #83

Yeah okay... and my apologies, I thought that removing the rust-doc and also addition of the verbose file could be a help that's why I opened a PR.
