<p>ServiceNow customer service management and its suite of applications will provide a centralized location to handle inquiry, issues and complaints promptly to resolution.<br />Surveys and assessments will be utilized to capture sentiment and feedback.</p>
<p>Different case types can be uncovered from reports and performance analytics, as well as the need to deploy the Conversational chat to meet constituents 24/7.</p>
