<problem_statement>In today's corporate world, employee acknowledgement is critical to organizational success. Even after offering high salaries and benefits, many organizations struggle with low morale and lack of motivation among their employees. One of the key issues is the absence of a structured and meaningful Rewards and Recognition (R&R) program.
The current R&R processes in many organizations are inconsistent and fail to align with employee values and organizational goals. As a result, employees feel undervalued, leading to decreased productivity and attrition.
The existing systems offer limited functionalities and are often hard to navigate.
Organizations can address this by using the ServiceNow platform to recognize employee contributions through a dedicated portal. This portal can allow managers to nominate their repartees for quarterly, half-yearly, or annual recognition cycles, and also enable peer-to-peer recognition.</problem_statement>
