        <problem_statement>Many organizations after retirement of asset, either dispose or donate of hardware assets at the end of their lifecycle, these assets are still functional and could benefit schools, NGOs, or community centers. There is currently no intelligent, automated system to identify assets eligible for donation, collect requests from verified organizations, and allocate donations fairly based on genuine need and social impact.&#13;
This leads to wastage of usable resources, missed opportunities for community development, and inefficient Corporate Social Responsibility processes.</problem_statement>
