But then having a technological solution would allow for expanded interactions past that: getting the person immediately connected with that event/organization, showing them next steps, sending them follow-ups, etc.</p>]]></potential_impact>
        <problem_statement>There are so many people who are completely new to volunteering, or donating to charity, or participating in activities/organizations that emphasize positive impact. The hardest part for some of these people exploring how to get started is simply choosing which activity or organization they should look into. These explorers could use a tech-focused tool that matches them or recommends to them activities/organizations that match their personality, their interests, their talents, etc.</problem_statement>
