Water temperature over 100 ºC

When setting a tea's characteristics, the 'Brewing temperature in ºC' field lets you input any number, but water itself cannot be hotter than 100 ºC. Probably if someone sets their temperature over 100 ºC it's by mistake, so maybe there should be an error message there.

Some people might be using Fahrenheit instead, so I thinks it shouldn't be restricted. However, the name of the field clearly states Celsius and should be changed. Maybe just "Brewing Temperature"...
