This file is used to provide a holistic collection of health related terminologies. These are standardized as a namespace. They are aligned with the OMOP Vocabulary (similar namespaces) and HL7 The list is to be used to standardized terminologies in openEHR.
If you encounter a terminology that is missing, please make a PULL-REQUEST.
Spaces and slashes are not allowed in the Namespace, - is to be used instead.
Legend:

| Namespace | The unique short name identifying the coding system or terminology. |
| Issuer | The organization or authority responsible for maintaining the terminology. |
| Description | A brief explanation of what the terminology or dataset represents. |
| URL | Official website or documentation link for the terminology. |
| HL7_URI | HL7 FHIR or related URI for referencing the terminology in HL7 systems. |
| OMOP | The corresponding OMOP vocabulary name (if applicable). |
| CodeSystems | Notes or details about internal organization of code systems (if any). |
