[BUG] Overlay projecting over game

Describe the bug

When launching any game, the UI draws over the game persistently.

Preventing any interaction with the game itself. Shift-tabbing resolves this, but then disables the ability to interact with the overlay.

To Reproduce

1. Launch any* game
2. See above error

*Only test Steam games so far, but reproducible in any game I've tried.

Expected behavior

Overlay UI should be able to be interacted with, but not obstruct game when not in use.

Additional context

I've also noted the arguments included in Steam itself, but removing these had no affect on this bug.

Thank you for reporting this! If you continue to see the loading animation, it means that OpenGamepadUI hasn't properly detected the game process. I'll try and see if I can reproduce this.
