The custom 'Toggle Trail' event only works once

The 'Toggle Trail' script used in wither and uproar only works once, and after it's disabled and enabled again it doesn't work at all.

(whoops, didn't realize that the issue thing and the comment are two different buttons)

Also, I'd need a download for the two large cutscene videos so I can make a commit and pull request that doesn't end up removing them.
