How to Revoke App-only Registration

This page does a good job of discussing how to set up sharepoint app registrations, however there is no link to how to revoke access.
Please make a note to the following URL to manage existing apps - further note, whilst the app shows up in Azure AD, I as the admin in sharepoint can't manage it in Azure AD.
