Bad gateway message on the Set Content Approval Status action

Can I just use the Outcome field instead of having a yes/no path?
The documentation references an ID field, but the screen shot shows ItemID
I'm getting a bad gateway message on the Set Content Approval Status action.

I am getting a similar error and have tried everything I can think of. The error is not much help. We are using a Content Approval action with Submit before the Approve. Submit works, but the approve always returns BadGateway. There are older workflows with similar configuration that are still working. Was there some update to the actions that is causing this, or are we missing something? Thank you

Hi @GabrieleSolieri For this case I needed to create a step beforehand with the submit option.
