Provisioning NEO templates manually- no navigation bar

I had to deploy the NEO templates manually because the provisioning service seems like it is down.

In the template images/videos, it shows in these NEO templates a navigation bar. For example the pre-onboarding template:
Welcome, Contoso 101, Prepare for your first day, Help & support

When I deploy the pre-onboarding template. That bar is completely missing. Rendering this 'home page' somewhat useless.

Why is the navigation bar not showing like it says in the guides? if there is something I need to do to make that work, it def isnt mentioned in the guides.

Thanks for reaching out and for using the look book site. We changed the behaviour of the site and now you can manually install site templates following the provided guidance.
