Describe the issue
https://lookbook.microsoft.com/ cannot be accessed. It gives an error "Error 403 - This web app is stopped".

Expected behavior
Be able to access https://lookbook.microsoft.com/.

There are no plans to bring it back online and further announcements will be made soon.

We currently have the following alternative solutions available:

Adoption Site for Designs : Explore our adoption site to discover out of box site designs, which closely match Lookbook templates. Apply them directly from the SharePoint UX .

PnP PowerShell for Original Templates : If you prefer the original Lookbook templates, follow the PnP PowerShell-based approach.
