Hall Management System - Lab Project 🚀

Overview 📚

Welcome to the repository for our B.Sc. Engineering Web Engineering lab project! This project is a full MERN stack application designed to revolutionize university hall residency management.

Server Side Code

Features 🌟

  1. User Authentication 🔐:

    • The system supports authentication for three user roles: student, employee, and admin.
    • Dedicated dashboards for students, employees, and administrators.

  2. Hall Residency Application System 🏠:

    • Students can apply for hall residency through the web application.
    • Admins can manage and review residency applications.

  3. Seat Allotment 🪑:

    • Handling seat allotment based on criteria such as academic year and preferences.
    • Manual adjustments by admins as needed.

  4. Issue Tracking System 🛠️:

    • Students can create issue posts for problems in hall residency.
    • Employees can view and resolve issues, updating the status.
