Auto update deleted config file

Had the auto update feature turned on with auto start on, when booting my computer this morning the installation of the new version did reset my whole config file.

This is very annoying.

Please do not reset config file on auto update if no breaking change where made to the config file.
if breaking change where made to the config file on that update please auto backup the old config instead of just deleting it.

I wouldn't recommend using auto update, its part of Tauri and was easy to add, but this project breaks a lot, it's very unstable, and will likely always be that way. This software has to use a lot of hacks and reverse engineering of Wootility and the servery lacking RGB SDK to function. It breaks with firmware, hardware, and wootility updates. Just watch releases for the repo if you want to see update notifications.

It also uses early Tauri alpha and Tauri eGUI versions which have since lead to a stagnant upgrade path, and with the rumors of Wooting making their own profile switcher I see no point in switching front-ends and writing a config versioning and migration path system.

I will look into adding a config backup if it fails to load and has to default, I recommend keeping a backup config until that happens.
