woebin 0 and 1 replacing part

Hey,

I've been trying to use woebin on my data, and for some reason, the package loses 1 values and at some point, it starts giving Incorrect inputs; the length of unique values in y column '{}' != 2.".format(y) exception.

I did this replace in condition_fun,py:check_y(dat, y, positive) function

and everything works fine now.
