Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a checkout block in checkout editor
2. Moved it to the header section. -> the block will not show up
3. Move it to other section e.g. contact-> the block will show up but in incorrect location

Expected Behavior

Display the extension in the correct location, including header section.

Actual Behavior

1. header section. ->the block will not show up
2. other section e.g. contact-> the block will show up but only display under payment section

Storefront domain

non domain related.

Currently this is expected behaviour as it is intentional that we remove the header block from CSK.
I'm going to close this for now as we don't have this on our roadmap to workaround, but we've noted the request.
