keyExtractor - make the keyExtractor to be mandatory

I was surprised to hear that the keyExtractor is optional and also that there is a callback: index.toString().
I would suggest either making the keyExtractor mandatory or clearly documenting this requirement in the library’s documentation.

The library can work without a keyExtractor but some features don't work as well.
