Why is the recently-updated "Setting Toggle" component labeled as deprecated?

From my reading of the alert, it sounds like it's deprecated because the team intends to no longer maintain it as a dedicated component and is instead encouraging admin builders to build this kind of thing with primitives. However, the UX is still solid, and we still prefer to avoid using a pure switch/toggle component in the admin.

Is this understanding correct? Or have there been updates to the UX thought behind this? I am advising some Shopify partners and want to make sure I'm giving them the correct information. Thank you, friends!
