How can I achieve this feature with Skia ?

Hi, This is my first discussion so pardon me.

So I found this interesting drawing feature from Report and Run App.

Basically there are 2 features that Im interested on recreating with React Native.

1. Creating Vector Shape on Images.
2. Adding Text on Images

I found React Native Skia and play with it for a while I think it fits my need. I just don't know yet to achieve the features that Im aiming.

Can someone help with what should I learn ? Dont have to be the whole code, Just let me know some information that can be useful and I will happily learn it myself!
