what is the equivalent of textureLod in skia ?

Hello, I am trying to load a texture to use in an animation but I don't know how I could do it, I searched the documentation but didn't find anything, the code is the following

vec2 hash2( vec2 p )
{
	// texture based white noise
	return textureLod( iChannel0, (p+0.5)/256.0, 0.0 ).xy;

}

does skia support textureLod()? if not, how does it worki with mipmap texture? Thanks!
