how to convert 3*3 or 4*4 array into SkiaMatrix ?

I Have,
array = [ 9, 0, 98, 0, 25, 0, 0, 0,1, ]
I Want to make it skiaMatrix function, how can I archive this?

I tried "processTransform2d" this function But it requires fitbox values.
Is there any simplest way/function that converts array into skiaMatrix?

you can pass the array directly as a property.
