Wrap around text/numbers

Hi all,

I need to depict a set of numbers and would like to animate them up and down to simulate them being on an internal round dial

In this case the 8 would animate upwards if we are slowing down, and downwards if we are speeding up.

My question is - what is the best way to handle the 0 to 9 transition?
