Privacy Manifest

I scanned for the possible use of "iOS required reason API" in my project by ios_17_required_reason_api_scanner and found libskia.a binary file includes the keywords.

Used symbols in binary ./node_modules/@shopify/react-native-skia/libs/ios/libskia.xcframework/ios-arm64_arm64e_x86_64-simulator/libskia.a: fstat, mach_absolute_time, stat

I was wondering if this library might need to include a Privacy Manifest?

It doesn't look like these three functions would require a privacy manifest but please let me know if you have more information about this.
