Enable wildcards in status checks

Description

Sometimes, our deployment pipeline is failing due to commit status we don't really care about and we have lots of them. Instead of listing them manually, it would be great to enable wildcards so we don't have to keep track of specific strings and only keep track of prefixes.

Current state:

ci:
  require:
  - ci/one
  - ci/two
  hide:
  - gh/dependabot
  - gh/auto-merge
  - gh/notify-oncall

Goal state:

ci:
  require:
  - ci/one
  - ci/two
  hide:
  - gh/*

Yes, this would be a valuable feature. I'm actually a bit surprised it didn't come up before.
