Bundle Issues on Deploy

Hello all! I recently picked up a project to get Shipit running after a bit of a hiatus.
Everything has been going well, I've updated to the latest version, and so far so good.

After deploying to my server, I've run into an issue where Shipit can't install the gems from the project.

Once I saw this, I ssh'd onto the server and tested each command with a copy/paste and everything worked as it should.

I did notice in my manual run of the same commands that the Gemfile.lock did update with the ruby version that my Shipit app is using.

Any help would be appreciated!

Update - Looking through the code, I noticed that the frozen flag can be turned off through config. I did this to allow my workflow to continue.
