Generate .css.liquid files from SASS using CodeKit

Hi,
I'm using this app with CodeKit. I followed this post (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11237792/shopify-theme-with-compass-and-sass) to append ".liquid" in the end of my .css file generated by my .scss file.
Unfortunately, the Theme Sync app really doesn't like it. Everytime a new .css.liquid file is generated by CodeKit, the app crashes.
Any idea why?

I'm experiencing the same issue when generating CSS from LESS files using Codekit. The Shopify app crashes fairly consistently. Was there any progress on this? I'm on OS X 10.8.2

Max: FYI I switched to https://github.com/Shopify/shopify_theme (command
line to upload theme files) and some tweaks to the SASS to let Codekit
generate the liquid language..

Coo. I recommend using the theme gem for this scenario right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am also having this issue when using Mixture (simple mode) to generate CSS from LESS files. The Theme Manager crashes every time the CSS is generated.

I want to echo the issue, but for me after i generate my .css.liquid from less with Codekit, the Theme Manager does not recognize that the file has been updated and does not upload.

You can try new beta versoin - now ignores .less / .scss files - let me know if that helps. https://github.com/meeech/Shopify-Theme-Tool/releases/tag/v1.0.3-rc1
