Hi I am currently trying to install but I am pretty nooby.

I have ran several misinstall, including these Releases and the ones from October on OnePlus6, the 15122024 version and keep having the no touchscreen trouble.

I am currently going back to OTA OxygenOS 11.1.2.2 and will run again these images as I didn't really gave these a chance, bc I was booting on a LineAgeOS debug version (because I am an Android and ARM noob fighting my way to this really useful tool (+ forkin ADHD that keeps making me boot without erasing dtbo))

This issue seems to be the best place to upload my troubleshoots and favorise SEO for the next noobies to access last updates.

Does these releases includes the DTB mod in order to get touchscreen and OTG (at least ETH ones) ?

got the same issue here in Pocof1 aka Beryllium. no option for wifi in settings. and in quick settings wifi greyed out

Hi, Last two releases have some issues. It seems there are some changes in the Mobian packages that conflict.

I'll remove last two releases and rebuild with fixes.

Then it maybe due to missing firmware files. You can check dmesg log.

i took a dmesg log and saved it to a text file. but how do i copy it to my computer to share. theres no network on this phone.

You can check the log in your device, why copying to pc? You can also use usb Tethering though.

Did you succeed enabling OTG and NetSniffing and monitoring on this device ?

Otherwise which one would you recommend for perfect compatibility (other than PinePhone, like a mainstream type)

Last release boot on the unlock keyboard (number, no wallpaper, no touch, buttons ok) on my OnePlus6 for now. I am going back to OTA and will try the one you advise.

If the issue is due to missing firmware files (not due to aftermarket replacement panel), then it can be fixed by manually placing the firmware files.

If the android rom uses dynamic partitions then droid-juicer fails to extract firmware files. So that maybe an issue. But I've created a tool to extract firmware files, the repo is fw-xtract. You can use this tool in android os and place the firmware files in kali rootfs and boot.img.

i can check the dmesg log. i dont understand it. so i want to show it to you. but i dont know how to transfer that log from that mobile to my pc. no network, no ssh

I am thinking about using one your boot with the last rootfs img from the website can it be a solution ?

At my point I can't access any Linux Kernel via SSH or anything as I can't get to a unlocked OS.
