I already flash various version Kali net Hunter pro on Oneplus 6 T but touch not working. And I also try Kali supported kernel but touch issue is not fixed. All version are problem touch issue in oneplus 6T. When I install Kali nethunter pro , installation is successful and boot is successful also and I see password box but touch not working anyway and I also try USB external keyboard not working. If you want to any evidence I will give. My oneplus 6 t display is changed. This display is market display. When I face the problem I find the solution in various group but I see the same problem, Everyone who has changed the display on the OnePlus 6T is facing this problem.

The previous issue talks about this to.

@Shubhamvis98 did helped on the reverse engineering of this problem. Check his fW-extractor and try mounting a backup of your OTA system in a Linux environnment. This will help you extract the working firmwares. For the moment, On the Plus 6 I successfully downloaded a630.mdt modem.mdt and ipa_fwt.mdt.

As the oneplus,enchilada.toml indicates, most of the file getting access to sensors and touch seems to be contained in the modem partition. So I asked an auto-extracting tool with binwalk to Gemini that seems to work but I had to stop it as I was on my main OS and the full extraction was taking too much space.

Looking forward to set it up on my external SSD and will update if I find the remaining missing firmwares.

I still have some methods not tried though...

You can use adb push {YOURFILENAME} /{YOURFOLDER} to push the files into your android system and try setting up the roots file from a firmwared device.

TWRP can't setup a system image on userdata on my OnePlus6 so it doesn't seem to be a solution.

For the moment with no touchscreen, the .img files that seems to be the most compatible with my OnePlus 6 device seems to be the 20241215 Official Release from official Website. I downloaded it from the website waybackmachine it was downloadable from the Mar 28 2025 archive of the Kali NH official repository.

Don't hesitate to update your advances here as Shub seems to be a big contributor to the project and most of the ressources are hard to find (XDA Developper website). This project needs more presence on GitHub ;)

I ran fw-Xtractor in WSL, Gemini is really helpful for this fight too !

I am also face this problem. truizhid-droid say that long process have any easy process. Or any ready boot image just flash problem fix have any boot image

The version 20241215 is available on the website wayback Machine or in the XDA dev’s thread « Kali NetHunter Pro for OnePlus 6 »

I tried the last one from the website today and m’y results are the same that when I installed everything from a lineage OS system installed from recovery.

I saw that the rooted NetHunter works better for OnePlus 6 on XDA developper so I will give it a try tommorow. Once rooted I will try installing NetHunter too.

I will also receive Google pixel 4a, 5 and 6a and will give them a try soon.

Finally, I succeeded in extracting a few firmware files with the fW-extractor of @Shubhamvis98 (a630 , ipa and modem)

I also succeded in automizing the partition mounting for each backup file and decompress al the file with binwalk.

But as it took many tries, my WSL system started to get way too big for my Windows host.

So I Will try mounting the whole files on my ssd and see if there s any chance I get infos from the binaries.

Finally I saw that OnePlus 6 phones with non official displays might have trouble with the NetHunter Pro system.

Will update soon and give info. If you need to un unbrick your phone go MSM tool.

Also @yottabytesystem I am having troubles understanding your first answer, I can read spanish and French of there is any chance it helps you (and more or less Italian and portuguese). I think you need to post a translated eng version anyway if that’s the case.

Hey @Shubhamvis98. I recently changed the display of my oneplus 6t too. Same condition as @aaarmn has. It was working fine till yesterday. But when I did the full upgrade and rebooted the system.

My touch is also not responding
