Block UI shows Incorrect Balance (10x less)

Expected behavior:
Entries in Balance Tab should display account balance in Ether

Actual behaviour
Account balance are in unit of (10 Ethers)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Go to this url and select any account, eg. balance = 30. Compare with corresponding account value in Transaction Tab, eg. 300000000000000000000 (3 * 10^20)
