Feature Request - Allow FlexContainers to be non-resizable

Currently FlexContainers are always resizable and there's no way to disable that. I want to have my UI elements in containers without allowing the user to resize them. I want to respond to screen size changes only.

I added a .txt as on github you can't upload lua files directly.

Just resize the window and the container as well as the childs rearrange them self.
