Circuit Simulation: OPICS - "Unable to import the library: opics_ebeam"

I followed the installation instructions and this step worked, but for some reason I came back and ran it a day later and and now I am seeing this script error that it cannot import the library. Has this happened to anybody else and how can I fix this? I tried to do this on a separate PC (from the start of KLayout install) as well and it still is giving the same error. Not sure if this is a Windows error? As I mentioned, this worked on 10/22, not sure why it isn't working now.
