opt_in instead of opt_

Could we use the same convention for both passive and active testing for the optical labels? We've been using "opt_in" for the past 10 years everywhere, and I think it is confusing to switch to "opt".

Would it be possible to use "opt_in" here as well?

I dove into the klayout code, it looks like it should accept both

What is the benefit of doing both? It will just be more confusing. I think we should stick to a single one.
