feature: explorer show total precision of SC data #7
Description
When I try to compare my local data to explorer, both explorer.siahub.info and explore.sia.tech don't show the exact number of transaction value, which is not convenient. The actual precision of SC is 24, I think it would be better to show the exact precision.
