some minor fixes and a warning (#54)

* some minor fixes and a warning

changed references to AltStore to SideStore just in case that confused anyone

also added a note at the top warning people that the page isn't accurate yet so people won't complain :3

* change `note` to `warning`

* change footer patreon link (#55)

the header link is correct but the footer one hasn't been updated yet so I updated it
