installation method other than URL

Hello, is there an installation method other than URL? The PC on the intranet cannot access the URL provided.

Hi Calmact, sorry for missing this question (I get so many emails from GitHub that this one slipped through the cracks).

The answer is yes, but it's not straightforward. The challenge is that the plugin needs to be loaded from a known network path (defined in the manifest.xml file) and that path needs to include the compiled plugin artifacts.

Here's a rough guide for how to do that:

1. You can get those artifacts by compiling the plugin yourself using npm install && npm run build (it will place the resulting files in the dist/ folder).
2. Copy the assets directory into the dist/ folder (so you have dist/assets) there.
3. Copy the manifest.xml file into the dist/ folder so that you have dist/manifest.xml.
4. You'll need to host these artifacts on a server that is available to the machine(s) in question, let's say that's https://10.0.0.1/markout/. When you know this path, you need to modify dist/manifest.xml to replace https://markout.sierrasoftworks.com/outlook/ with https://10.0.0.1/markout/ and replace https://markout.sierrasoftworks.com with https://10.0.0.1 in the AppDomains list.
5. Upload the modified dist/ folder's content to the server in question and you should now be able to install using https://10.0.0.1/markout/manifest.xml
