Bug description

UpDownCounters show up as Sum in List Metrics page, but Gauge in Metrics Explorer and Query Builder.

Expected behavior

All places should tell that they are non monotonic sums. Either tell that they are Up Down Counters, or tell that they are Sums and mention the non monotonicity.
