When a user Viewer tries to send a Test Notification or Save Alert a 403 response appears.
These two options in the Ui should be greyed out for a viewer. However, if you choose to keep the buttons then let the error response code be more descriptive and point the users to: https://signoz.io/docs/userguide/authentication/#permission-matrix-for-admin-editor-and-viewer
