We need to formalize our "Crisis Management Plan" as per the project requirements.
Please vote on the priority of the following clauses to include in our contract:

1. Definition of "Crisis": determining magnitude and risks.
2. Roles: Who acts as the lead during a crisis?
3. Communication: Frequency of emergency meetings.
4. Post-Mortem: Process for normalizing workflow after a crisis.
