Smart alarm for detecting when shore power is off

Edit the "at slip?" node to specify the position of your slip.

I have a ten minute delay for three reasons. So it doesn't go off when I'm preparing to leave the slip. And so it doesn't go off for short power loss at the slip. And so it doesn't go off right away when I return to the slip. Gives me some time to hook the power backup up.

Hmm. I should improve this. I need to check if I'm still at the slip after ten minutes. I've never noticed this being a problem...

when returning to slip... i would give it a longer time .. before it triggers.. of course you ideally want the reminder before you
packup and leave the slip!! (... driving home after a great day .. looking fwd to that first? beer ... thinking ... bugger .. i forgot to plug in power, flip the changeover switch et al;)
