Saildocs gfs weather to dropbox

This flow sends an email to saildocs, waits for the reply and saves the grib to your dropbox with a timestamp. You need the email and dropbox nodes installed and configured. Can be very useful as opencpn automatically opens the most recent grib in the last folder it looked in each time it runs.
