Enable Projects tab

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to enable the projects tab in node-red pluggin. As I understand the plugging is not using the default settings.js when starting the app but pass the parameters in the index.js file in ~/.signalk/node_modules/@signalk/signalk-node-red/index.js is that right ?

So I tried to modify the settings as follow :

	NODE_RED_ENABLE_PROJECTS: true,

      }

But neither the NODE_RED_ENABLE_PROJECTS or the other line works.

Could you help me enable that function ?
