AIS forwarder stopped forwarding my position, but forwards other boats I pickup.

Good day all. I have been running ais-forwarder to marine traffic and AIS HUB for a year or two and it's worked relatively flawlessly. We just splashed and I updated a variety of things on the Pi and it stopped. I "think" i updated plugins and it stopped self reporting, and then unknowingly updated signalk to the latest. Here is my configuration:
-N2K AIS to NMEA0183 plugin with output going to nmea0183out. Originally I did not have 'send self data' selected, but turned that on without any change in reporting.
-AIS data (NMEA0183) forwarder plugin with nmea events nmea0183out
Originally I had the following checked and it worked.
Forward AIVDO sentences (own vessel)
Forward AIVDM sentences (other vessels)
I tried to turn on Convert AIVDO to AIVDM sentences (For endpoints not supporting AIVDO) thinking maybe the recipients changed something and it still does not self report.

I have Ais forwarder to Marine Traffic and AIShub. Both are getting receiving and recording the boats I forward. Not myself.
-I look both in the server/plugin logs and there are plenty of transmits, no AIVDO. I also look at the nmea0183 tcp stream and no VDO.
-I looked at my ship identification wondering if something was wrong with my mmsi etc, and all looks good and is unchanged.
-I looked at the plugin config files, and everything appears to be formatted correctly.
-I reinstalled the plugin.
-restarted signalk and the pi, all the normal things.
I'm running latest plugins on SK 2.12.0

How do I troubleshoot this further? I'm kind of at a loss.

Good option, but I use AIS in signalk. Thanks for sharing.
