Update App

Hi everybody,
I have a problem to update signalK Server and the Apps.
I updated signalk server manually, following the FAQ with the npm instruction, but now that it is update to the latest 2.12 I cannot update any single App. nothing happens when I click update or Update All.
My setup:

• Raspberry Pi Bookwarm
• Node 20.18.1
• npm 10.8.2

What does Server Log show when you try to update?

That is not the log I was talking about, but the end shows the relevant ENOTEMPTY error message: something wrong with your plugin node_modules directory.

The log is was asking for is available in the web ui under Server / Server Logs.
