Assigning default group for new chars

After manually creating or granting a registration of a new character they dont get assigned any group.
There should be a setting to define what group new users get assigned to after being removed from guests.

New user asks for registration:

Registration Granted

rr -g 0
9/30/2015 11:36:45 PM Command> Registration request granted for: Esmit

User is not asigned any groups, and therefore no permisions:

user listgroups Esmit
There are no registered groups for user Esmit

So user gets error:

You are not allowed to alter the world without permissions

then we have to manually add him to a group:
