User scripts allow in hidden folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Obsidian folders starting with a . are hidden by default. But you can select a hidden folder for the User scrips as location.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be really nice if you could set the folder for user scripts to .scripts for example, and store all user scripts there. This would hide the user scripts in Obsidian, but they would still be in the vault folder. In my opinion, user scripts should not be part of Obsidian's content, as they are only tools like plugins, which are also not visible.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternatives I can think of would be allow vault external folders or make Templater hide selected user scripts folder which both are much worse.

I'm not opposed to this, if someone wants to implement this. The key change we'll need to make is switch to using Vault.adapter APIs instead of Vault APIs for finding user script files. There may be other required changes as well.
