Pull Request Overview
This PR fixes a broken link in the documentation by updating the Cluster header file reference to point to the correct repository location. The link was previously pointing to a SiliconLabs-specific repository but has been corrected to reference the main project-chip/connectedhomeip repository.
- Updates the Cluster header file link from SiliconLabs matter_extension repository to the main project-chip/connectedhomeip repository
- Corrects the branch reference from "main" to "master" to match the target repository's default branch

Please retarget the PR to the doccurator/2.6.2 branch instead of the main branch.
As part of the publish process, all changes are first entered on a doccurator branch before being promoted to review and main.
