This PR renames and restructures the Matter Wi-Fi Direct Internet Connectivity (DIC) documentation to focus specifically on AWS integration. The documentation is being updated to reflect a new "Matter + AWS" component rather than the generic DIC implementation.
- Removes generic DIC documentation and Mosquitto support documentation
- Adds new Matter + AWS specific documentation with simplified certificate creation process
