🔖 Release v1.3.13: Improve logs table UX with sender info column

## Added
- New 'From' column in logs table showing sender name and masked email
- Auto-submit for status filter and 'All Time' date filter

## Changed
- Renamed 'Form' column to 'Channel'
- Improved endpoint column with fixed width and CSS text-overflow

## Fixed
- Empty status filter bug causing no results
- Version update scripts now properly handle CF7_API_VERSION constant with WPCS-compliant spacing
